It is awesome that you have your principal's support, Jenn! I had that as well, and am very thankful! Is she one of your critical friends? Mine was, and really appreciated being part of the whole process! :)
Wow, Kathy, I don't know if I would be brave enough to ask her to do that! She is an awesome administrator, though. I am so happy to be working with her (even before she okayed by request!).
